Application for Enrolment
Welcome to Butler Primary School. We are an independent local intake school and accept students from Kindergarten to year 6 residing within our boundary. For detailed information on our intake boundary please click here. Outside of boundary applications will be considered and are subject to approval of the Principal. Please contact the school on 9561 7700 or visit the School Office to discuss your application.
To apply for a place at Butler Primary School please complete an Application Form available via download or from the School Office.
The following documents will need to be sighted upon enrolment:
- Proof of Residence (e.g. Utility bill, Council rates, Rental agreement)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunisation Records (Medicare statement is preferred)
- Visa documentation and Passport if applicable
- Family Court orders to be made available if applicable
Once your application is accepted an Enrolment form will need to be completed, along with any applicable medical forms, available from the School Office.
