The following documents will need to be sighted upon enrolment:

• Proof of Residence (e.g. Utility bill, Council rates, Rental agreement)
• Birth Certificate
• Immunisation Records (Medicare statement is preferred)
• Visa documentation and Passport if applicable
• Family Court orders to be made available if applicable

Once your application is accepted an Enrolment form will need to be completed, along with any applicable medical forms, available from the School Office.

Contributions and Charges Schedule

For your information we invite you to refer to our current Contributions and Charges schedule. Our voluntary contribution is set at $40 for this year and greatly assists the school in providing additional resources to aid and improve the quality of programs taught. Contributions that families are able to provide to the school are incredibly valuable and as such we offer flexible payment plans. For more information please contact the office staff.

In addition to voluntary contributions, there is a compulsory charge for Reading Eggs for students in Kindy to year 3. For students in years 4 to 6 there is a compulsory charge for Literacy Pro. There will also be a range of incursions and excursions throughout the year that students may participate in, please refer to the following schedule regarding maximum costs involved:
